Pumpkin Party

Mitt and I went to a pumpkin carving party last week. I was annoyed that he chose the biggest/heaviest pumpkin off the porch (I had to carry it about a mile). But it sure payed off :) Mitt designed the face and took home first prize. haha.

Meet Spikey the cat. We got her for Mitt about a month ago, but come to find out the real cat lover is Et. And luckily she's the nicest cat ever that purrs while being carried all over the house by various extremities.

After the wedding was lunch at the Cliff House. It was wonderful.

Both Mitt & Etta fell in love with the same little girl.

While Ise was outside for many time outs for harassing her little sister.

Please don't take note of the cleanliness of my silk dress - it was a long day. . .

After the lunch both the families went to a park to wait for Gray & Anne to get done with pictures and open presents. It took a while for them to get there so we went on a little walk while we waited.

The little boys found a prarie dog trying to pull a bush down into it's hole . . . . .

I wish Ise would sit like this in church. She didn't move a muscle the whole time (just like last year when she was only 1) and kept asking "happen mom?". Then she'd get really excited when the "ladies (went) fast". and pooooor Eddie. It was way cooler then we thought it would be so I had to put her in her p.j.'s. . . . and with that coat - sad. The only hint that she was a girl was the pink hat she wouldn't leave on. Oh well.
